iLCBuilder is a strong and interactive authoring tool. It is designed to edit and manage electronic lectures in conformity with the SCORM standard. Electronic lectures are intergrated into and transmitted in various formats: text, image, audio, video,...even technologies spreaded on Internet such as Shockware, Flash, HTML and JavaScript. iLCBuilder is used popularly in organizations of Viet Nam and Japan.

1. Feature of creating course:

   • Create new courses: iLCBuilder allows users to step by step create, organize and design course structure which includes chapter, section and page.
   • Open an existing course: iLCBuilder enables users to open an existing course to modify its structure and add content to create a new course.
   • Open a SCORM course: With iLCBuilder, users can create a new course by importing an available SCORM on which they can edit easily.

2. Feature of managing course:
