To login TrainWare, you need to input all informaton in Register Screen, then wait to accept from admin to login according Username and Password were registered.

TrainWare permits to input many existence users from CVS and LDAP.

You need to have a course in conformity with the SCORM standard, iLCBuider software will help you to do it easily. After finishing you go to the directory : Learning Content-> Course Categories-> Import Course on the left screen-> You browser where save the course.

To create an exam for course, you need to have Quiz Bank by following the direction: Assessment->Quiz Bank->Add->Choose Course-> Create Question then Assessment-> Exam->Add to create an exam.

Because when you are creating an exam, you choose Exam Type as Random so the system will take random questions of course in quiz bank. If you want to choose question from quiz bank, you need to select Exam Type as No Random.

Learner can view their result right after submitting his/her exam.

There is details report about courses for each learner such as: number of courses learning progess, status of learner (finish, not attend or studying)…

Grade Item is used for Teacher to classify for each part: Mark of Online Learning, Mark for Exam and Manual Mark. This percent is regulated by teacher of course. Example: When you give Online Learning 50% (if a learner had learnt 80% he/she will be given 4 points). When you give the exam 30 %( if a learner got 8 points so learner will have 2,4 points). To create an exam for course, Admin or Teacher need to input all information such as: Exam Name, Course, Exam Type, Attempts Allowed, Time limit, Pass Score, Start Date, End Date, Grade Method, Grade. When learners do exam, system will show all questions. After answering all questions, then learners should click Submit, the system will automatically give marks without interventions from admin or teacher.

To enroll course you go Learning Content->Course Categories-> In Course Status,please select Course not Registration, then click Search. All course not Registration will be displayed, then click Pen icon, the next screen will be displayed, you click Enroll to finish.
