NCS-RMS (Resident Management System) – Resident Management System – is developed by NCS Tech Corp., helps manage and seize resident situations exactly and conveniently. The system also allows users to explore resident information using for operation services in other management fields, helps reduce management time and costs. NCS-RMS System ensures a good settlement of resident management operations:

-     Provides resident information quickly, timely, accurately, sufficiently to plan policies for economic development and social security;

-     Computerizes professional procedures in administrative management relating to resident in compliance with latest regulations issued by Ministry of Public Security;

-     Standardizes professions of resident management such as: permanent residence registration management, temporary residence registration management, temporary absence management, residence registration management, residence registration management, census of population and household information, change management on track, information search of population and household, statistical report, record settlement management on track, management of code board categories …;

-     Work environment with cooperation, friendliness, high variability, operation integration, management via emails

-     Open system with ability to exchange, interact with other systems through information exchange service portals with the high ability of security

Architectural model of the system

The system is based on the model of N-Tiers architecture and service oriented architecture (SOA).

Friendly user interface, associated with AJAX platform in data exchange between the client and server, helps increase the speed of interaction processing, data exchange between the client and server.

The main business service layer (BSL), considered as the core of RMS system, has the ability to develop on many application servers, interacts with the application layer through the security protocol of https in line with the standard protocol of SOAP.

The access layer, exchanging data with the database administration layer (DAL), allows the system to interact, access data with many different database administration layers, and express high flexibility.

-     High security feature, using the security protocol of SSL that is very safe for the system, preventing SQL injection, Flood, denying service, …and the ability of share permission

-     Having many backup modes to ensure that the system can operate as soon as technical troubles happen or in case break-downs cause system failures, the recovery time is short

-     High system stability and availability (using the solution of Cluster – load balancing)

-     Modern and coded data backup modes to ensure the safety and security of all system information

-     Providing data backup mechanisms (users, system data, application data, and data of common data warehouse, centralized database, and internal database) automatically or by the function of the system at anytime by the administrator

  1. Requirements for hardware:

    • Web server, database (share server or 2 independent servers)

    • General users’ computers can connect LAN / WAN with web server.

  2. Requirements for software and other services:

    • Web server: Installs Windows Server 2008, IIS 7, .NET Framework 3.5 SP1.

    • Database server: MS SQL Server 2008.
